Southern Peninsula is exclusively an online retail store. Currently we do not operate a storefront but our headquarters is located in Saint Johns, FL.
What is the processing time for personalized items?
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. However, it is our goal to get these items out to you as soon as possible.
Can personalized or customized items be returned?
No. All sales are final for any personalized or customized items. Please see our return policy for additional information.
Can I make changes to my order after checkout?
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
There is an error on my order confirmation.
If you find an error on your order confirmation, contact us immediately. Our customer service team is here to help but know we have an extremely small window of time before items are packaged and shipped.
Do bulk orders receive discounts?
Absolutely! We like to handle bulk orders personally. So feel free to Email or call at 843-860-2687 our customer service team directly for a quote.
Can I purchase items out of the personalized collection without getting them personalized?
Absolutely! Personalization is optional. During the check out process do not check the personalization box.
Do you accept outside items for customization/personalization/embroidery?
We are unable to accept outside items for customization/personalization/embroidery.
